Hari holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and completed Executive Education in Strategic Thinking at Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM). This combination of engineering discipline and strategic acumen underpins his approach to building systems and processes that scale, including the AI-powered analytical infrastructure at the core of the firm's service delivery.

As both a qualified educator and practitioner, he holds a Bachelor of Education and a Bachelor of Commerce and Financial Planning, a combination that gives him the authority not only to advise on complex tax and accounting matters but also to teach professionals how to integrate AI into their own practice.
